Cancellation and Refund Policy:
According to the established terms of Hawa E-Bikes, all cancellations of service requests, including e-bike rentals, purchases, and guided tours, are subject to a requisite advance notice of no less than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the contracted service. In the event of a cancellation complying with the prescribed temporal parameter, eligible refund requests for the corresponding service charges shall be considered.
Refunds, if merited under the conditions specified herein, shall be processed within a timeframe of 2 days after the initial purchase transaction. However, it is imperative to note that the eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the condition of the subject e-bike at the point of return. Only e-bikes restored to their original condition, as determined by Hawa E-Bikes, shall qualify for the refund.
Notably, it is imperative to emphasize that the cost incurred for the delivery or shipping of the e-bike, where applicable, is deemed non-refundable. Furthermore, Hawa E-Bikes reserves the prerogative to levy a reasonable restocking fee upon refund approval, should the circumstances warrant such action.
